NeonChainX (formerly Chainless) is a desktop options desk for Interactive Brokers. It sits on the TWS or IB Gateway session you already run. It is for traders who day trade and scalp options across several symbols.
What it is for
While you are scalping, you should not have to hunt through TWS to find the symbol, then buy. Keep the names you are watching on one desk. See the spread. Click to buy or close.
TWS stays open for login, charts, account, and multi-leg.
What the desk does
Several symbols, one table: Stock, index, and listed futures options. Three strikes around the money, with bid, ask, and spread on the row.
One click to buy or close: Market and mid. No confirmation ladder inside NeonChainX. Fill time is still IBKR and the venue.
TP/SL while connected: Take profit and stop loss on a position, using underlying price, option last, or both. The app has to stay running.
Live P&L on the same row: Unrealized P&L, average cost, and close sit together. Watchlist restores when you reconnect.
What it is not
Not a TWS replacement. Not a multi-leg ticket. Not a web trading terminal. Not faster fills than Interactive Brokers.
